Dashboards

Sample Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards built on synthetic data modeled after real performance-marketing programs I’ve run — geo-based incrementality testing, multi-channel spend/CPA tracking, and MER-driven budget pacing.

54%
OTT incremental lift, validated via geo holdout test
$6M+/mo
Media spend managed across channels
4x
Paid search program growth, $250K → $1M+ monthly
<5.0x
MER ceiling protected through a deliberate budget pullback

Google Looker Studio

Channel Performance & Incrementality

Live report · updates on refresh

A daily view across Paid Search, CTV/OTT, Paid Social, and Direct Mail — spend, CPL, CVR, and MER side by side — plus a geo-holdout incrementality read-out modeled on an OTT-vs-streaming-audio test I ran, comparing test and holdout DMA groups to isolate true lift from each channel.

Budget Pacing & MER Discipline

Live report · updates on refresh

A monthly pacing view — planned vs. actual spend, revenue, and MER against a target ceiling — modeled on a real budget pullback I managed to keep MER under 5.0x during a soft-lead period, then ramped spend back up as lead quality normalized.

How this was built

The figures behind these dashboards are synthetic — generated to reflect the shape and scale of programs I’ve managed (channel mix, spend levels, lift ranges, MER targets) without exposing any employer’s actual data. The underlying spreadsheet is organized the way I’d hand off a reporting source: raw fields plus computed CTR/CPL/CVR/MER formulas, ready to connect to Looker Studio or Power BI directly.
